A personal approach to complicated housing situations.

Simon Resources LLC was built around a simple idea: when people face a complicated housing situation, they often need more than another list of websites or phone numbers. They need a clear process for understanding their situation, organizing the moving pieces, and determining what to do next.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in operations, coordination, working with people, and complex problem-solving, founder Verdell Simon established Simon Resources around a practical, organized, and client-centered approach to service.

Today, that approach guides Simon Resources' Housing Stability & Navigation Services throughout San Diego County. We help individuals and families evaluate their housing circumstances, understand available options and resources, prepare for the housing process, and move forward with clear, actionable next steps.

Our approach is personal by design. We take the time to understand each client's housing goals, budget, barriers, priorities, and immediate concerns before developing a strategy for moving forward.
