Housing navigation without the drive

The Inland Empire covers a lot of ground. A housing search here can mean comparing communities that are an hour or more apart, each with different housing providers, application steps and local resources. Families are often spread out too: an adult child in one county helping a parent in another.

Remote housing navigation fits that reality. Consultations happen online, documents are organized without anyone traveling, and family members in different places can take part in the same conversation.

We work virtually with clients in Riverside County communities such as Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Corona, Riverside and Moreno Valley, and in western San Bernardino County communities such as Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Chino, Chino Hills and Upland.

What we can help with remotely

  • Riverside County housing navigation

Sorting through options and requirements in Riverside County communities, including Murrieta and Temecula.

  • Western San Bernardino County housing assistance navigation

Identifying potentially relevant public and community resources. Riverside and San Bernardino counties each run their own programs with their own rules.

  • Application preparation

Understanding what a housing provider requires and preparing documents and application materials before you apply.

  • Housing-provider communication

With your authorization, supporting communication with housing providers about applications, documents and scheduling.

  • Tour and appointment coordination

Helping you schedule tours and prepare questions. You or a family member attend in person; we do not.

  • Transition planning

Planning the steps and timing of a move, including moves between San Diego County and the Inland Empire.

What virtual-only means

Simon Resources is based in San Diego County. We do not have an office, storefront or staff location in Riverside County or San Bernardino County, and we do not currently offer home visits or in-person appointments in the Inland Empire.

Everything we do for Inland Empire clients is done remotely. Clients make their own housing decisions, attend their own tours and agree to rental terms directly with housing providers.

From a free consultation to the right service

Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and determine whether our services may be appropriate. From there, most clients begin with the Housing Stability Assessment.

Additional professional support beyond the hours included in your service package is available at $95/hour with prior client authorization.

What to know before you start
